Reservations will be made for you by WSCA based on the arrival and departure dates indicated on your registration form. Lodging will be direct-billed to WSCA. If you would like to extend your stay, you may do so at the conference room rate of $169/night + tax. Those rates are valid for 3 days prior to or following the event, based on availability.
Note: The Firesky is a non-smoking property. However, each room has a balcony and smoking is allowed on your balcony.

WSCA expects most attendees to arrive on Tuesday, Dec. 6 and depart on Friday, Dec. 9. Only those attending the WSCA Directors Meeting or the WSCA Contract Leads or Sourcing Team meetings would need to arival earlier than Dec. 6.
