Overview/Summary
Products/Services Included: The contract is for vehicle lifts and related garage equipment for automobile, light and heavy duty trucks and transit. General product types included in this contract are: Two-Post Lifts, Four-Post Lifts, Mobile Column Lifts, Parallelogram Lifts, Scissor Lifts, In-Ground Lifts and related garage equipment. All lifts must be certified by the Automotive Lift Institute (ALI). Parts availability guaranteed for at least 7 years after the installation date. Purchaser has the option of having the lift installed.

1) ARI-Hetra: Limited price reduction offered , valid through 3/31/09 only (items a & b):
a. Quantity Discount: 5% for two systems and greater.
b. Prompt Payment Terms: 3% 10 days/Net 30
2) ARI-Hetra: Manufacturer's published List Price updated to 06/16/08
3) Stertil-Koni: Price adjustment for Stertil-Koni to adjust payment terms to 2% 20 days and volume discount increased to 31% off Manufacturer Price List for 3 to 7 items ordered and 33.5% for 8 or more items ordered.
4) Implemented Participating Addenda for the State of New York as a WSCA participating state for all three vendors. Approved on 7/31/08.
Participation
In order to use this contract, Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) Participating Addenda must first be executed between the state requesting participation and the awarded vendor(s). Addenda should then be forwarded the State of Washington for approval and processing.
