Overview/Summary

Products/Services Included: Fuel cell power units, components and accessories that will provide back-up power for both indoor and outdoor stationary applications. These systems will cover a range of 1kW to 30kW. Only Proton Exchange Membrane fuel cells (PEM or PEMFC) also known as Polymer Electrolyte Membrane fuel cells are included. In the intended application as a back-up power system, the fuel cell systems will be connected directly to the site DC power bus. In some cases, the fuel cell will be connected to an inverter to supply an AC load. Only new fuel cell power units, components and accessories will be included in the contract. The Manufacturer is not to offer, sell or install any equipment that has been previously installed or used for testing purposes. Although the contract shall apply primarily to Manufacturer installed systems, some self-installed equipment may also be included. Installation shall be made available by the Manufacturer.
