Updates & Other Participation
Canon USA, Inc. has acquired Océ Imagistics Inc.
As a result of this acquisition, the State of Nevada along with the Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) has approved a contract assignment pursuant to Section 30 – Assignment/Delegation of the Copiers (multifunction) and Related Software contract. Canon USA, Inc. will take over all responsibilities and obligations of Océ Imagistics Inc.'s contract, which includes ONLY copiers in Groups A, B and C. Information on available machines and pricing through Canon can be found on this website.
States and participating entities need to determine if their current Participating Addendum with Oce' is legally sufficient to allow them to use that Participating Addendum with Canon. The contract number in Nevada did not change as a result of this assignment.
