Overview/Summary
The WSCA/NASPO eProcurement Solutions and Services Cooperative Agreement offers a comprehensive range of industry leading eProcurement solutions and related services - provided by SciQuest and its partner IBM. The agreement was the result of a formal multi-state cooperative solicitation, led by the State of Colorado, to ensure maximum competition among the leading eProcurement providers, provide best value pricing, and offer member states and other public sector procurement entities with flexible and on-demand access to a wide array of eProcurement-related solutions and services.

Participation
Any state or other public sector entity can use the agreement with a signed participating addendum or authorization from their state procurement officer.
To participate in this Master Agreement, download, negotiate and complete a Participating Addendum with the selected contractor(s). After Participating Addendum execution, email a PDF copy of the completed Participating Addendum (signed with both signatures) to the WSCA-NASPO point of contact identified on the Participating Addendum. If no WSCA-NASPO point of contact is identified, email a copy of the completed Participating Addendum to the WSCA-NASPO general email at .
