Overview/Summary

The State of California, Procurement Division, acting as lead state for the Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA), is pleased to announce the First Data Merchant Services EPAY MSA. This contract provides electronic payment acceptance services for California State/Local and Western State Contract Alliance (WSCA) government agencies as follows:
 

• Credit and Debit Card Processing
  (Available to all governmental agencies)
• E-Check Processing
  (Available to CA Locals and WSCA States only)
• Electronic Check Conversion / Remote Deposit Processing
  (Available to CA Locals and WSCA States only)
• State Electronic Fund Transfer / General Electronic Payment Processing
  (Available to CA Locals and WSCA States only)

PA Process Overview

To participate in this Master Agreement, download, negotiate and complete a Participating Addendum with the selected contractor(s). After Participating Addendum execution, email a PDF copy of the completed Participating Addendum (signed with both signatures) to the WSCA-NASPO point of contact identified on the Participating Addendum. If no WSCA-NASPO point of contact is identified, email a copy of the completed Participating Addendum to the WSCA-NASPO general email at .
