Overview/Summary
The Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA), in collaboration with the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) and a four state consortium of the chief information officers from Colorado, Montana, Oregon and Utah, is pleased to announce the award of four contracts for its PUBLIC CLOUD HOSTING SERVICES Cooperative Contract. This effort was led by the State of Utah (a collaboration of the Division of Purchasing and General Services, Utah Department of Administrative Services and the Utah Department of Technology Services), with tremendous support from the technology authorities in Colorado, Montana and Oregon.
Like all WSCA and NASPO cooperative contracts, these contracts will be accessible by participating states and all entities within a participating state that have legal access to state contracts, once a Participating Addendum has been executed. Access will be open to all entities authorized by a participating state's statutes to use that state's contracts, including federal agencies in many cases. Because of the nature of the cloud environment, the individual participating state Chief Information Officers will act as the gate keepers and monitors for the actual use of these contracts once a Participating Addendum has been executed between a state and a contractor.
If you have any questions, please contact the WSCA/NASPO Cooperative Development Team (WNCDT) at .
