Political subdivisions not part or the States Purchasing Cooperative, not state agencies, may sign up independently with the contractor(s) of choice by completing a Participating Addendum and filing it with the contractor's primary representative. See "Contractors" page this site.
The following individual participating addendums have been processed
Some governmental jurisdictions require the execution of an Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement before the execution of a WSCA participating addendum. The State of New Mexico has authority to sign the agreement. If an Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement has already been established with the State of New Mexico, it is not necessary to complete another agreement to use these contracts. The following is a model agreement in Microsoft Word format. Download, revise and send two signed copies of the agreement to the WSCA Agreement Administrator. One original copy will be retured to you after execution by the New Mexico State Purchasing Agent. Model Intergovenmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement (.doc)
